There are two pricing structures from which to select. You can choose to pay a flat rate or an hourly rate.

For local moves within Pinellas and Hillsborough counties our hourly rates are as follows:

Minimum of 4 hours for all moves - we'll move you for $384 total!

2 men cost $96/hr
3 men cost $120/hr
4 men cost $145/hr

All moves include:

Floor runners
Door jam protectors
Wardrobe box with hanger bars
Rubber bands
Shrink wrap extra

There will be "travel time" (usually one hour) added to the amount of time that the move actually takes. All moving companies have this "travel charge." It allows time for us to drive to your job and then to return to the warehouse after the job.

Flat rates are exact guaranteed prices where time does not matter. However, when we give flat rates, we usually just add one hour to the estimated length of the move. This is a cushion for us in case of inclement weather, traffic jams, etc. Therefore, flat rates are the more expensive way to go. Yet, some people prefer to pay more for the peace of mind of knowing exactly what they will pay ahead of time.
